One Estimate Builder for Every Size of Job

A two-hour spring cleanup and a six-week install shouldn’t live in two notebooks. Build the quote on site with plant material, hardscape, labor and equipment on separate lines, and send it before the crew loads the trailer. When the customer says yes, mark it approved. The estimate becomes a scheduled job with every line and price carried over, and nobody rebuilds the numbers for the invoice later.

When the Forecast Changes

Weather rewrites a landscaping schedule more than almost any other trade. When a storm pushes an install to next week, drag the job to the new day. Everyone on your account sees the change on the calendar, and the customer gets an email with the new time and a reminder before the visit. Nobody has to make a round of phone calls.

Every Invoice Ends the Same Way

A $12,000 landscape renovation and a $180 mowing visit finish the same way. Mark the job complete, generate a line-item invoice and send it with a payment link. The customer pays by card or ACH through Stripe. The renovation doesn’t sit waiting on a mailed check, and the mowing visit doesn’t get lost behind the rest of your week.

Property Notes That Outlast the Crew Lead

Every yard has its own rules: which beds get mulch in spring, where the irrigation heads sit, which side gate the mower fits through, when the last fertilizer round went down. Handiwork keeps that on the customer’s profile with the full job history and notes. When you add a second crew or a new hire, they aren’t starting from zero on a property they’ve never seen.

Where Handiwork Stops for Landscaping Today

The estimate-to-invoice side is live and fits project work well, from design and installs to hardscape and cleanups. Mowing routes that repeat on their own and get sequenced by location are not built yet. Recurring maintenance schedules and route optimization are next on our roadmap, along with an installed app for crews working out of the truck. Until those ship, you can still book maintenance visits one at a time, like any other job.

There’s no subscription to sign up for. Handiwork takes a small, capped platform fee only on the payments that go through the app. The percentage is the same on a $12,000 install invoice and a $180 mowing stop, and the monthly total never goes past its cap, even in your biggest month of the year. Getting set up costs nothing, and we only get paid once your invoice does.
